Missouri Association of Fire Chiefs works with organizations across the State of Missouri to provide a basis of communication amongst leaders of Fire Departments across the State. No matter how big or small, your part in making this organization successful is the key. Current members of the Administration would like to welcome you to our little piece of the web and we welcome you to join the MAFC.
Years of leadership, a solid foundation of knowledge, and good networking are what makes this organizaiton successful. Keep up-to-date with legislation, participate in our annual training conference or request to be added to our vast email listserve where vital information is passed among members at the click of a button.

Mission
The Missouri Fire Chiefs of the International Association of Fire Chiefs (IAFC) is committed to communicating with, supporting of, and development of its members, through education, leadership, health and safety, and networking opportunities.
Vision Statement
It is this Organization's Vision to provide a framework of Communications and Educational Support of the Local Fire Chiefs across the State of Missouri. This will further enhance the Management and Leadership capabilities of the Fire Chief, while accomplishing Local, Regional, State, and National goals associated with providing non-emergency and emergency services.
